Be Your Best You

Being an educator for over a decade in one of the roughest area in the world (Chicago, Englewood area) I have seen it all. I have children who have been gunned down, incarcerated, and sadly enough those even some who have committed suicide. If there is one thing that I love to share with young people that will take a ton of pressure off them, it is to be your best you. Too often they (young people) try to be like others or live up to other people’s expectations of them which causes them to be in what I call, “A state of limbo.” If you have children/students who are not living up to their potential this is the program for you.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Students will learn how to compete with themselves
2. Students will learn the importance of intrinsic motivation
3. Students will learn how to compete in a competitive world (school)
